| Fly Fishing: | The upper 16 miles of the Little Snake River system has been transformed into what may be the premier trout stream on the planet. As the project matures, the riparian plants, terrestrials, bug life, and the trout thrive in the renewed habitat. Stone flies, Blu-Winged Olives, PMD's, Hoppers, Caddis, Salmon Flies, Yellow Sallies, Blue Damsels soar the skies above while hungry Rainbow, Brown, and Brook Trout churn the water. You can also take your chance at hooking the ever-elusive Colorado River Cutthroat Trout. Three Forks Ranch and The Little Snake River, located 40 miles north of Steamboat Springs Colorado, welcome fishing guests the catch and release experience of a lifetime. Complimenting the 16 miles of private river fishing, guests enjoy spring-creek-like fishing on 30 oxbow lakes. | Lodging: | The Lodge and Spa at Three Forks Ranch offers three distinctive types of accommodations. We have two "King Suites," two "Library Suites," and eleven "Deluxe Rooms." Fifteen bedrooms inside of our elegant 35,000 square foot lodge, offer an unmatched feeling of privacy and exclusivity. All rooms are equipped with complimentary wireless internet connection as well as Ethernet; wireless/portable telephones, and large flatscreen televisions. Every room offers a private walk-out patio either on the first or second floor. The view from every room offers a stunning panoramic of The Little Snake River Valley and the surrounding mountains. |

| Food/Dining: | Beamed cathedral ceilings, exquisitely hand-carved European paneling, Chinese porcelain, and original western art, truly provide a unique dining ambiance. Our chef and his superbly trained staff offer a five star dining experience. The menu choices range from Rosemary Smoked Ribeye, Roasted Duck Breast, Sous-Vide Colorado Chicken, Cumin Encrusted Lamb Loin, Lemon Sole, Grilled Swordfish, and Parma Ham Wrapped Poussin. For our spa guests we offer a lighter side menu featuring California Green Salad topped with Grilled Pacific Swordfish, Saute of Broccoli Rab and Shitaki Mushrooms, Rosemary Grilled Shrimp and Asparagus, and Grilled Scallops with Baby Greens and Citrus Vinaigrette.
