Each member of Deep Canyon Outfitters is passionate about providing the best fly fishing experience in Central Oregon. For the past 15 years we have been offering guided fly fishing trips on a wide variety of fisheries, from small spring creeks, vast reservoirs, and large tailwater rivers. Each location offers a unique angling experience and allows us to cater each outing to the specific needs and wants of our guests. With over 15 fisheries within an hours drive of the lodge, it is easy to create a memorable fly fishing adventure. Whether it's wading on the world famous Deschutes River in search of rainbow trout or summer steelhead, or casting streamers for trophy rainbows in one of the areas lakes, or gently presenting dry flies to tremendous spring fed trout, it's all in our back yard.

|Rates:||$500/person/day of fishing|
|Minimum Stay:||2 days, 1 night|
|Deposit:||To secure your adventure we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 days prior to the first day of your trip.|

|Fly Fishing:||Central Oregon is home to variety of year round fishing opportunities. Anglers may choose (or let their guide choose) from over 15 distinct fisheries, with the main attraction being the Lower Deschutes river.
In March - mid May - Lake Billy Chinook: bull trout up to 15 pounds. Crooked, Fall, and Upper Deschutes Rivers: Blue winged Olives dry flies for eager trout. Lower Deschutes: Opens Last weekend in April, mid May is the start of the stone fly hatch
Mid-May - mid June - Lower Deschutes River: prime time for the stonefly hatch, catch dozens of trout per day on dry flies. Great fishing on Lava Lake, Little Lava, Hosmer Lake, Fall River and Crooked rivers. And our private lakes.
June-August - Lower Deschutes River: caddis, PMD's more dry fly fishing. Great fishing on East Lake, Crane Prairie res., Upper Deschutes river, Fall River, and Crooked Rivers. And our private lakes.
September - Lower Deschutes River: some steelhead, caddis, more great dry fly fishing. Great fishing on East Lake, Crane Prairie res., Upper Deschutes river, Fall River, and Crooked Rivers. And our private lakes.
October - November - Lower Deschutes River: steelheading is at it's peak. Some great trout fishing too. Great fishing on the Crooked River, Fall River and our private lakes.

|Lodging:||Our 5,000+ square foot lodge boasts the finest views in Central Oregon. From the lounge, dinning room, and back deck, you will gaze upon the 7 snow covered peaks, from Mt. Bachelor to Mt. Hood. Deep Canyon Lodge has five rooms and sleeps up to 10. The open floor plan allows for mingling and relaxing with your friends or other guests. We guarantee You will enjoy the rustic luxury and inspiring views of our lodge
The lodge is equipped with a full-size pool table and big screen TV. Lodge guests enjoy gourmet meals and great conversation in our dining room. Fine Oregon wines are featured at dinner and guests are encouraged to bring their own particular favorite spirits along.

Ken has spent his entire life in the kitchen working for many of the finest restaurants in Oregon and most recently Scottsdale AZ. First time guests come for the fishing... return guests come back for Ken's meals and attention to details.
Deep Canyon Ranch is a 720 acre working cattle operation in Central Oregon. Deep Canyon Ranch is committed to raising high quality, grass-fed Waygu cattle. These cattle are also popularly known as Kobe beef.
Our lodge sits perch high on the end of Deep Canyon Ranch, where herds of Waygu cattle (a.k.a. Kobe Beef) are grown with respect to animal and respect to our land. Grass feed, grain finished Kobe steaks are what's for dinner.
